If I could I would give this company a -1 star. Chris came out to work on the garage door. He was very rude, unprofessional and overcharged me! I do not recommend this company!

Nice and friendly service people. Price to replace one cable on a single door was $300 which I didn't expect, however they also took the time to tighten up a wire so that my other garage door would work free of charge. They also came to look at another closing issue I had later that month and realigned the laser so that it would go up and down (took about 10 sec to fix) at no charge. I would use them again for sure.

I had confidence in Precision because of Angie's list. Appointment was promptly made, technician called and came on time. Estimate was final price even though a heavier spring was required. Technician was pleasant, easy to work with and informative.

I had a new Garage Door Opener installed mine was 19 years old. They installed a Precision Opener. They did an excellent job, and were very nice and professional. My old Opener sounded like a Freight Train when it opened and this new one is so quiet you can hardly even hear it open, and it is about a 1/4 of the size of the old one. I called on the 13th and they came out the next day. I would recommend. :)

The spring on my garage door broke around 9:30 pm on a rainy/snowy Thursday evening. Both of our cars were trapped in the garage and I had an early morning appointment that I could not miss. I called one company who advertised a 24-hour service and they seemed a bit sketchy. My next call was to Precision and the gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) who took my call was very professional and answered all of my questions. Cory, the tech called me and said he would be there in a short amount of time. He arrived when promised and was able to make the repair in a short amount of time. He was extremely polite and professional despite being called out so late. Thank you Cory and thank you Precision!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any garage door service.

Technition was insulting and rude. When i asked for a new door price he quoted me one and i said it was double what i paid for the door he was lubing. He said there is no you did that, so i called another dealer, and yes I was right. New and installed for 876.00 dollars. Your guy said 1800.00 on the same door, buthe was going to put better parts on it. I will never call this company again, and if anyone asks for a referral, i will be honest when i tell them.
