I have been extremely pleased with everything Precision Door Service has done for me including both the contact people and the service people. Unfortunately, the attempt today did not solve the problem with my remote controls. Both the service man and I thought he had solved the problem. Everything was working so he left. Problem returned. The contact woman has already scheduled a return visit. Problem is mine and your employees are doing the best they can to help me.

I had my garage door broken due to broken coil. With a call to Precision Door on Friday I was able to get an appointment scheduled on Monday afternoon. Ian Guldry did very good job with the repair work that was needed. He was friendly and professional and did the job perfect quickly. I am overall happy with the service that was provided.

Very impressed with the rapid response to our request to come out and look at our garage. They came out on a Easter holiday and did the work. Wow!!!! Gouge much?? $749 to fix a garage door???? Your labor prices and fees are exorbitant!!! If you want a good review, you will need to knock off a minimum of $250 and credit back to our card. The guys did a good job, but the price is simply unacceptable. The only reason we used you is because we remembered having a spring replaced some time ago. Once this monetary adjustment is met, I will give a positive review. Otherwise, expect a negative post on the NextDoor app.
