This was simply the BEST experience! I came home and the opener didn't work. I called and within 2 hours the technicians were here. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable young men who quickly replaced the openers. I cannot say enough about how great this was. I appreciate it very much!

We requested a service call due to a broken torsion spring and guide cables on one of our doors. The scheduler was able to line up an appointment same day. Tony was on time, professional, and friendly. He inspected the whole door system, identified other issues at the time of the service, took the time to explain the reasons why door components fail and explained our repair options to us in a way we could process the information quickly. Tony also did not leave the site until he was convinced the door was working properly. Excellent same day service! Thanks to Tony and Precision.

Our garage door broke this afternoon and I called Precision Door for service. Latoya was so very pleasant and helpful with getting me scheduled for the same day. Great service, fair price, and satisfied. Our tech Tony P was polite and took extra time to teach me how to keep up with the preventive maintenance that I should perform periodically. The person who booked my appointment was very friendly also. I got a same day appointment, and immediate service. We replaced pretty much everything but the door itself. Had a spring break about a year ago. You came out on a weekend, explained everything in detail, and even lubricated my other doors. Today you replaced a broken spring on my second door. The spring on our garage door was 17 years old and broke so I couldn't get my vehicle out of the garage because the door wouldn't go up. I called Precision and the. were out to fix it within an hour and a half allowing me to still get to my appointments that day. Great work and quick response time!
