Aiden was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He called ahead of time to let me know his ETA. I was very pleased with the service and recommendations he suggested. He seemed very honest and sincere. I didn' t feel that he was trying to sell me something at all. I thought the total price was high for the job but I didn't want to shop around any longer as I was committed to a $95 charge regardless. Sending a picture of the technician and a short bio of him is a very nice touch for good business!

Tom did a great job & very good customer service. My only issue is that if I had not asked about any availability of coupons I would have not known to go to the website to se availability. I saved on the service call. Precision has a very pricey price structure also & of course “packages” are offered but.they are pricey too.

Competitively priced, prompt and punctual. Our installer , Tommy, pleasant, and professional installed our new "quiet" belt driven garage door opener in and hour or so. Found Aiden very knowledgeable of the problem with our garage door. Immediately looked at the situation figured out the problem and corrected it. Had full knowledge of what was wrong with the drum on the door and fixed it. Gave full explanation of problem to me. Found him very polite and pleasant should be a asset to the company. Would not hesitate at all to have him work on our garage door again.

I called Precision because my garage door would not close completely and the door opened erratically. Hector arrived about 4 PM and diagnosed the problem as a failed torsion spring which caused the door opener motor gears to be stripped. It was 28 years old. I agreed to have him install a new torsion spring and a new Liftmaster opener. He had everything in his truck and started work about 5PM. He worked in the cold garage (20 degrees)until he completed the installation after 10PM. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. I'm not sure about the overall price from Precision because I wasn't in a position to get other estimates, but Hector did what he could to keep the price down. I would highly recommend Hector.
