Anthony Cellucci and his fabulous helper, Tymere did an amazing job rehabing our garage door. They were knowledge, professional, and friendly. Anthony explained everything that they needed to do to get the job done before they started. They never stopped working from the time they arrived until they were finished. They cleaned up everything before they left. They are excellent representatives for your company, and they are to be lauded. I recommend them highly and would recommend them to my family and friends. I selected Precision Garage Door two years ago to repair my garage door and today I discovered my select was the BEST. My garage door lock failed and I called Precision to fix the door yet again only to find out that I have a 5-year warranty that covered the repair. Precision came out to fix the lock the same day I called and at NO COST to me. THANK YOU, Precision, for standing behind your warranty.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I have used them 3 or 4 times in the last 20 years. Each time I was able to get an appointment within 24hours. Even though I was given a 4 hour window the technician called to let me know he was on his way. I also received an email and text letting me know he was on his way. My technician today was Rob S. He was awesome; he explained what the problem was and gave me a couple options and then explained pricing and warranty information. After installing the new garage door and key pad he taught me how to use an app to open/shut the door and set the key pad up for me. The work he did took much longer than he expected - I wanted to pay him for another hour of labor and he said don’t worry about it - who does that? He also went out of his way to have a new (upgraded) spring brought to our house because he thought it would be a better fit with our new garage door. I’ve always been happy with Precision, but Rob S’s customer service is what made me take the time to share my opinion with others.

They say dogs are an excellent judge of people. Well, if that is true then our installer Jeremy is great person, but also from our experience and excellent installer. Not only was he professional and did a great job, but my dog loved him. We were replacing 2 older garage doors that the previous owner probably had installed over 30 yrs ago. They had retrofitted a loft above one of the doors, which I thought may cause some issues. Jeremy was able to utilize the zero clearance rollers and also add the safety stops that may not have been install when the home was built. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Precision Garage Doors.

I had a problem with my garage door remotes and I called Precision. My first time doing so. Within a few minutes I had an appointment and within an hour or so the technician was here and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. The problem was fixed in no time and he inspected the rest of the equipment before leaving. The technician was polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
