There isn’t a better tech than those at Precison. Brendan came out first to help and after he left there was a small hiccup. Brendan and two other techs, who I don’t know their names I apologize, came out after five and stayed until after six and resolved the issue, which wasn’t their fault to begin with. Way above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more.

I called the office approximately at 8:30 Monday morning. The lady that I spoke with said that someone would be out to fix my broken spring between 1 and 3 pm. The technicians showed up on time and did a preliminary review of my door, springs, rollers, safety equipment, and door opener. My system was approximately 19 years old. It appeared that 3 rollers, the broken spring, and the bearings guiding the wires lifting the door were broken or had ended their lives. The technicians took pictures and reviewed three options on repairs. I agreed with the option that replaced all of the broken items. This required approximately 45 minutes to repair. In the end, they pointed out what they had replaced and demonstrated that everything worked now. I would recommend using their business again as they were professional and the charges were reasonable.

Actually, I first went to Angi's List, but never got a response. So I called Precision Overhead door company, talked to a live person and scheduled an appointment. Brendon Smith and Jake called to let me know when they'd arrive. Very personable, and very efficient. Went right to work inspecting my garage door, then educated me with photos and visual inspection, on what issues they found and what my options were to repair it. I selected the repair that suited me, and they had it fixed in short order. They do what they say they will do, in a very pleasant, efficient and businesslike manner. I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently had Precision look at my garage doors and give be a quote on upgrading my existing door hardware and installing a new door opener. From the initial contact with Dan at their office to install day when Josey showed up to install the new equipment, this has been an extremely easy process. Josey was going to be about 10 minutes behind our scheduled appointment time and I received a message telling me that he was running behind. That is the kind of service that sets Precision above the other door company’s in Springfield. The install itself was nothing short of fantastic. The attention to detail in every aspect of the installation is something I have not seen out of a company since moving to Springfield 16 years ago. What can I say about Precison? Well, I certainly can't say anything bad about them. The entire process was great from start to finish. The entire team, from the owner to the office staff, to the technicians, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ours was not an easy install, 2 overhead doors, one of which was 12 foot by 14 foot. The guys tackled the job and did a fantastic job. Thank you Precision!
