I checked their website and that had good reviews. I called to check on installing an opener for my barn. Sent a man out the next morning. We talked about the different options. Definitely 5 stars. I ordered 3 garage doors from the Owensboro office. The doors came in and on the day of installation the Precision Team had to work extra long to overcome an error that I had made on my building. The doors look great and the whole Precision Team was beyond professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this company. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

So I woke up on a Friday morning to discover my garage door wouldn't close. Couldn't figure it out myself, so I quickly looked online for a service that could possibly address it the same day. I thankfully discovered Precision Garage Door and called to schedule an appointment. It was easy, fast, and the person I spoke to was clear about the projected time and double checked my address and contact information. At the appointed time frame Eric and Austin called to give me a half hour notification they were on their way, and they arrived promptly and listened to the issue I was having. They quickly figured out it was a faulty sensor and were able to easily install new ones and fix my issue. It was a job I probably could have handled that night, but thankfully they were able to take care of it. Well worth the price, which was reasonable, and saved me a ton of headache on a day where I had too much going on to want to deal with it myself. Shout out to Eric and Ausitn, much appreciated!
