Our service was done late on New Year's Eve, and we were very thankful that the team at Precision was so responsive. Ryan serviced our door which had a sudden, broken spring occur at 2:30pm. He was very courteous and efficient. Our garage was a mess because we have remodel construction going on and he worked around it without any complaint. In addition to the broken spring replacement, Ryan replaced cables, rollers and everything to make the door operational again. He was in/out within an hour. I cannot recommend Precision, and Ryan in particular, more highly - phenomenal service!

I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door services. Bryce was prompt, professional, efficient, and thorough in evaluating the garage door issues. He not only explained the options available for a new opener, but why my 15 year old one was no longer working. Within 2 hours of my call I had a quiet, dependable new opener system complete with remote keypad and wall control, and new rollers.

Blake arrived at a few minutes after at 8:00. He checked the broken garage door opener which is 16 years old. He said several parts are damaged We talked about the price of a new one. Service with a smile! I called Precision Door on a Saturday as a long shot to fix our garage door. They apologized they didn’t have any openings and Monday was the soonest....later they called back with a cancellation and came on Saturday! The technician showed up with a smile, professional and very knowledgeable. They made the repair at a very fair price with no up charge for a weekend call.....Great work and a fair price!

Blake came by to assess the door (we knew of a spring break) and found a couple of additional concerns of which he "showed proof" of wear. Along with a concern that the original contractor decided to cheap out on regarding door arm safety. We got him to fix the primary concerns and we'll have them back to replace the secondary prior to winter. Called at 9:52am and was given a 10am-12noon window for arrival. Arrived at around 1030am, assessment and replacement of required parts completed by 1130am!!! Top Notch Service and Professionalism from Blake and we have great access to our garage door back. Very happy customer!!!
