I am very pleased with this company. They did an excellent job on all fronts. The salesman came out and spent well over 2 hours measuring and with me to help me make the choices I wanted for the door. He took his time, explained everything and answered all my questions. The customer service rwp (Jackie) couldn't have been more helpful and professional in helping us tweak our selections when we wanted to make changes. The access to help and communication was stellar and the care she took to make sure everything was just right was exemplary. The installer (Jason) couldn't have been more accommodating, professional, or competent. He did his work perfectly and with great efficency all the while, acting as a liason to the main office for questions that arose in real time during the instalation. He was pleasant, reassuring, accommodating, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this company. The door is excellent and all the extra bells and whistles leave me beaming with delight. My experience with precision garage door service was excellent. From the initial call this morning to having someone come the same day and replace my garage door opener. I contacted Precision Garage Doors for help with a garage door not opening properly. Within 4 hours of initial contact, their technician was at my home. He diagnosed the problem as well as fully inspecting both doors. We were presented with several options for repair/replacement. We chose to repair both doors, which he did on the same visit. The pricing was very fair. We were very happy with Precision and would not hesitate to use them again or refer to them.

The most valuable thing to me is TIME. I don't have TIME to wait on repairs and I really don't have TIME to do a repair twice. These guys show up on TIME. They have everything on their truck which saves TIME. One of my openers was shot. Both were installed 16 years ago. They replaced both openers. Programmed up remotes and the remotes on my cars review mirrors. Started around 1045, left around 200. Quality Products, Quality Technicians. All TRADES need to learn sometimes a couple bucks cheaper does not make the sell. Can't buy TIME you know.
