Really, really happy. The tech, Josh, was great. My door needed a new spring, roller, cable, etc kit. He had it in the truck and within an hour my door was working so well, I was amazed. I found out this is how a garage door is supposed to work.

Garage door came off of the rails late last night and got stuck at an angle. I submitted a request and Ed Dombrowski was my tech and he was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and his work was extremely clean. I’m also a technician so I appreciate the very clean work he did. Replaced springs, rollers, pulleys and new cables etc. He installed a support strut as well on the top panel that I never had on the original setup. The garage door goes down nice and quiet and very smooth and even now. He got it all done perfectly in a very efficient amount of time. Definitely can tell he knows a ton about this stuff. He went through everything I needed without over selling me things I didn’t. Overall awesome experience. Definitely recommending this company to anyone who needs similar work.

The gentleman who serviced my garage door (Ed Dombrowski) arrived exactly on time. He tried to correct the problem in the simplest and inexpensive way, but my garage door opener was too far gone to repair, so he installed a new opener. He was very polite and professional in every aspect of the job and took the time to explain what was required and then took extra time to explain the features of the new opener. From the moment I contacted them, to the service technician who came to look at the doors, to the order, and instillation top notch customer service, excellent communication. The two men that installed the doors were incredibly neat, did not even know they were there when they finished. I had a problem with my remotes, unrelated to the door service.
