Precision is very impressive: our 15-year old, heavy wooden garage door was creaking, and slowing....and other companies only offered replacements which couldn't match our other garage door. The Precision technician recommended a repair instead, and he completed this the next day! Richard was professional, personable, prompt and thorough; and the door now is smooth and quiet....like it (probably) used to be. A few days later the door needed a minor adjustment, and a Precision technician arrived to do it in less than 24 hours. Precision is a first-class organization, with excellent service and follow-up. I am pleased to recommend Precision most highly.

What I wanted was a garage door tune-up. What I got was a slick up-sell. Yes, it turned out that I did need to replace both frayed cables. But then these guys proceeded to add ten or so rollers and their installation. I know, I agreed to the rollers but my $119.00 tune-up ended up at about $450 with a coupon my wife found at he last minute. I will NOT ASK PRECISION DOOR TO RETURN ANY TIME SOON! Do not patronize this company!

The new door is more than we expected. It has a beautiful and bright look from the street. It is extremely quiet and with the windows in the door so much nicer to go out into the garage and be able to see inside. Our installer Joe was very professional and polite with a nice smile.

I've been using Precision for years now. Have one issue still not solved. New opener in 2nd garage several years ago. Have complained since then that the light bulb cover was never provided and told it would get taken care of. Still not done after several years. Last year the service guy punctured the ceiling and dirtied up the wall. Other than that, no complaints.

The repairman, John, was 100 percent professional and explained everything. I didn't call around based on their ads. The repair of two springs was triple the cost of two other companies. Unfortunately, I checked after I had the work done thinking I over paid. A lesson learned.

Joe Linardon was our installer. He was completely professional, showed up on schedule, explained the job ahead, let me know approximately when he would finish, and demonstrated how the door works. It all went perfectly, and we are pleased with the new garage door. This installation was done in a very old garage, so I'm sure there were challenges along the way.
