I have used Precision to repair my garage door opener twice. They came out right away and took care of the problem. When my old wooden garage doors needed replacing they did a great job. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after the install. I would recommend this company for any garage door issues

Fast response and arrived on time. Tech was very friendly and informative providing several options. Install was quick but not rushed. Young man was very friendly and patient with the delay on our end having to move cars before he could get to work. Much quieter works so much better now.

Brian was our very thorough and friendly technician. We had a broken cable on one of two garage doors. He inspected both doors and went over each part. We also had a keypad that wasn't working that was replaced, as well as new remotes for the other door. Brian went over costs and options for all work and parts so we could make our informed decision. Brian then got to work repairing and replacing what we wanted. He worked efficiently and was a pleasure . Thank you Brian and Precision Door Service! My Technician's name was Joe I. He was very polite and professional. Before he got started, Joe showed me, on his notepad, all of my options in terms of repairs and upgrades - without any pressure to do more than I was comfortable with. Once we collaborated on the best steps forward, he then outlined what he was planning to do, what outcome I should expect, and the timeframe for completion. Everything went as he stated. He said it would take about two hours, and he finished just under that time. He cleaned up and informed me of the warranty. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision and Joe I. to family and friends.

Wow! We are VERY impressed with this company. Their employee (Travis) came out and gave us the two estimates . He was professional as well as warm and caring. We chose the motorized lift due to aging and future needs. It was scheduled the next week. The same gentleman who estimated the job was also the installer. He knew what he was doing and was professional in customer relations and the technical installation part. Everything looks great, safe, & professional. Just push a button and drive in and out. Technician Michael G. was very knowledgeable and professional, repaired our Genie garage systems and explained the needed repairs clearly and thoroughly, we were very impressed! Also, the appointment call was pleasant, easy and had a quick turn around, thank you Precision Garage Door!

Came the same day (Thursday) I called. Had a little confusion on what was actually needed. Was able to determine what was actually needed and priced the repair. Unable to come the next day (Friday) but came Monday morning and made the repair. Will definitely use Precision Door again.

Love my fancy garage door opener! Upgraded from a 30-year-old noisy chain. Difference is dramatic…like going from 8-track tapes to streaming music! David E., my technician, was a great communicator, attended to the details (which is important to me), cleaned up after himself, helped me install the app, explained the various features. I feel really good about this investment and the relationship with Precision Garage Door.

Couldn't figure out how to reset and set up a new PIN for my garage door opener. (Previous owner never gave us the PIN). Tried to reset it myself and made a bigger mess for myself. James came in and taught me how to reset all the setting and connect all that I needed in order for all my garage door openers plus the PIN pad to get connected and working properly. James even wrote down the steps I would need to take if I ever ran into that problem again. Thanks James!

Evan arrived right on time when he had called and said he would, he was able to quickly access the situation and explained what had happened for the door not to open...He explained to me how to correct the situation if elderly family member does it again...understood the diplomacy of just informing member what he had done... Evan then continued to access the doors and discovered a bent bearing which he then gave me a break down of costs for different levels of repair , tune up , maintainence, etc. Quickly and efficiently completed repairs, and cleaned up ...Very pleased with service . The tech did address the concern of when you use the outside keypad, both doors would open. But his initial response was to just replace a less than two year old key pad with a new one. When questioned as to why he couldn’t try to reset it and reprogram it, he said he didn’t think that could be done. Ultimately that is what he did, and it addressed it.

Good man that Sean , knew his stuff and although I was aware he would try to sell me a new unit , showed why it made sense , and we went ahead with the purchase !

Although I would have loved to have avoided replacement, he guided me through the process, rationale, and recommendations. We will definitely be return customers.

I have been using these garage doors for about a week and I absolutely love them. Initially I had a misunderstanding with the company when I sought to replace my originally garage doors, which were about 30 years old. Sara from the company reached out to me and resolved all of the issues that I had. The installer (River) took a couple of hours to install the doors without any issues. The quality of the product is excellent, and the function of the doors are smooth and quiet. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Sara and River.

I had started working with another garage door companies. They did not have a replacement spring for my door. They supposedly ordered the replacement but after three weeks of saying they had not gotten the spring, i told them to cancel it. I had broken rubber belt and guy told me I need to change all components in my garage(10y old) with estimate 850$. Ripp off big time. Call different company and they have no problems with replacing just a belt.

I had a broken spring and needed to arrange service the night before before. I sent a message to another well know company and received a message they would contact me on Monday. I called Precision and spoke to a live person after hours. Service was provided the next morning. I learned that my door had not been installed correctly from the get go. Kevin explained everything and did what he could do to keep my cost as low as possible.
