We had our garage door installed in 2012 by Precision and choose them to handle the repair of a broken door spring that failed. Because our call came in at 2pm the day before, we couldn't get someone out that same day to take care of our issue, and thus couldn't use our cars at this point as the door wouldn't open for us. But the very next day Jake Roszina came out with another gentleman that was being trained (sorry I can't recall the gentleman's name), to help us with getting our garage door working again. Jake was very professional and gave us options to tackle the repairs that were needed. We were more than impressed with these two young men as they were in and out in about ninety minutes. We basically elected to have everything replaced that helps with running the door to include two new springs, all the necessary bearings and cables, etc. It certainly wasn't cheap, but now we should be worry free for the next several years with a reliable garage door that we use several times every single day! Thanks again for being so prompt and helping us get our lives back on track again! You guys helped us big time, thanks again, Scott.

Phone call to Precision; Person was pleasant, efficient, easily understood & gave me ETA of Technician & said he might be earlier. The Technician called, identified himself. He said he would be earlier & asked if it was ok. I said it was. He introduced himself & approx 20 min later he showed me where each problem was & work required to repair. For springs replacement & a few other minor repairs/tweaking for approximately 2 hours the price was outrageous! Never again. They saw an elderly woman & you know what happens next. Taken to the bank for $1539. I probably could’ve gotten a brand new garage door for what they charged me!

I called Precision to evaluate my garage door and replace a broken spring. Everyone was super helpful from reception and scheduling to Jake, my tech. I was given 3 quotes. . .bare minimum to get by, mid-range parts replacement and service with 3 year warranty, and most comprehensive parts replacement/service with 7 year warranty. Very clear and informative. The work was done quickly and professionally. Jake was great and did a super job. I highly recommend Precision.

I called Precision Garage Door because I had an unsatisfactory response from another company. I found an ad in my local phone book for Precision and was impressed with the ad and the BBB rating. When I called and explained my problem, I was told that a service tech would be at my home the same day. He (Tanner) arrived within an hour of my call. He explained what caused my problem and offered 3 options of service/coverage. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and workmanship. Jacob called, letting us know his approximate arrival time. When we explained our problem he immediately knew what was causing the difficulty and fixed it. After inspecting the door and the mechanical aspect, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. We agreed on what should be done for the system to work properly. After completing the task he explained what he did and how to lubricate in order for the door to continue working properly. Jacob was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
