We are very impressed with the service. We called to see what repairs were needed for our garage door opener. Precision provided us with several options and they were able to do the work the same day. Matt was great and went over all the work he had done and how the new opener works. He also looked the rollers and spring and made the repairs for us.

One of our cables broke on our garage door. We looked online for someone that could come out on a Saturday. Dan was here within 2.5 hours of us calling. He called to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Dan was very polite and completed the job within an hour. I'm sure the garage door and parts are probably 21 years old, so the brackets, cables and springs were replaced.

Had Jake R from Precision come out to fix a snapped left side torsion cable. Came out on time and Jake was kind and considerate. Replaced both left and right side cables and made some adjustments to the motor. Price was fair and was done within a hour of arriving.

The gentleman showed up looked at my door and then determined that his company could not order the proper parts to fix it. This could have been determined at the outset before wasting everyone’s time. What’s strange is that after he went back to his car to determine his “course of action” he called me on the phone from my driveway. It’s almost as if he didn’t want to have to have the conversation face to face because he was trying to upsell me. I walked out to the driveway to talk to him in person.

He diagnosed the problems with the system, made recommendations regarding what should be replaced and conducted the work in a fast and efficient manner. So I called the company Monday night and set up the appointment which was awesome because they came out the next day. I received 3 options to repair the garage door I chose to replace 2 cables and 2 brackets that the cables get attached to. The cost was $425! The repair only took 20 min tops!!! I can believe how expensive this was! This is insane I would never recommend this company again. The installer was nice and all but the pricing is just ridiculous!!!!!

We live 3 hours away from our son's house where garage door needed to be repaired, so took a gamble and called Precision. Jake Roszina arrived and was very personable, informative and gave options and suggestions. He recommended a new door and explained why. He also noticed kids toys in the garage and suggested leaving the door down and not using it as it is unsafe. He gave us rough estimate for door delivery. As promised a call was received to give status and when they will call back to schedule install. Communication is key to me. I don't like to be left hanging after I purchase something,especially when I put down a good chunk of money (for me it was). Hope the installation is done properly, then we will be really happy.
