The technician was on time, very friendly & answered all of our questions. We did use a Val-Pac coupon (we are seniors so every penny counts) so $75.00 for an extra remote for our other vehicle was a bit of a shock. But the bottom line is that we are glad we hired Precision & would certainly recommend you to family & friends. Even the girl who answered the phone when I called the office was beyond friendly & so easy to talk to!

Repaired broken hinge and replaced all door rollers... New rollers were the real answer, door now is so quiet all you hear is the opener motor. Precision did a great job and technician was awesome. Have used prior for door opener repair. Highly Recommend!!! Great Service!!

I've seen your advertisement with your company. Just like the ad, Pedro Vazquez was definitely professional and courteous. Pedro inspected the door and gave me options for repairs. He worked in a timely manner and cleaned up, also taking the old parts with him. I have Rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, and can no longer do all home repairs. I appreciate a company that gives Military Veterans a chance to work for them. Being a Vet myself, this means something to me. Keep up the great work !

When I was leaving for work on a Saturday morning, most of a side of my garage door slipped off the rail. It was stuck half way open. I couldn't get it back on so I left for work and called Precision. I chose Precision because I had work done by them a little more than a year before and was satisfied. Since it was the weekend, I didn't think I would get anyone until Monday, but surprisingly, they got me in for Sunday morning. Mathew arrived on schedule and replaced some worn parts and put things back together. He even tightened up the door lock for me. I did later notice after the work was done that the door was sticking as I closed it and closing it wasn't as easy as it should be. I called Precision and they scheduled as soon as it was convenient for me. It happened to be Sunday again. The opened appointment was for the afternoon, but Mathew called me in the morning because he was ahead of schedule. I appreciated that because I wouldn't be stuck at home waiting through the afternoon. Matthew was able to correct the problem quickly. He answered questions I had and pointed out a couple of issues with my garage and door to keep an eye on. Everything's working well now and I'm very satisfied with the service I received.
