Precision (technician Kurt Schneider) was able to provide same-day service, which I appreciated since our garage door was stuck open. (Other places I called couldn't get someone there for several days.) Kurt was great to work with. He isolated the problem, explained the issues clearly, checked to see if anything else needed attention, and gave me several options and what each would cost. He was courteous and answered my questions. He brought a mask with him (for COVID-19). I especially appreciated that once he figured out the problem, he assured me he would be able to get the garage door fixed before leaving. I would do business with this company again, and with Kurt.

I called them on Thursday and they had someone out by Friday! Super fast and responsive! Kurt was our technician and I can’t say enough about him! He did a great job of explaining things, he wasn’t pushy in regards to repair vs replace and he did an amazing job on fixing the horrible installation of the garage door opener that was done by someone else (the tracks were literally falling from the ceiling!) Everything is tight and secure and done properly now! Price for the repairs were within our budget and reasonably priced with other competition out there. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and if they send Kurt, you’ll be in good hands!!!

Service tech was super nice and knew his stuff. As i have done door springs and other repair in the past, i wanted to get these 25 year springs redone by a professional. Just chatted on line last nite and they were here before noon. Now thats saying something in this day and age. New bearings, springs and lubed. All is great. A good company to work with.

Called on Friday afternoon and Derrick arrive first thing Saturday morning. Appreciated that he tried to troubleshoot and repair first before determining replacement. Derrick was very helpful and knowledgable. Ultimately, I am pleased with the new installation - it's got all the features I was looking for and will be much more reliable than my old door opener which was a daily frustration.

Had a cable rust out and snap on my older garage door, alongside the rollers having worn out and rusted. Precision sent out their employee, Derrick, the very next day after my call. He replaced the cables, rollers, and realigned the door, making it work better than it ever has before. He also went the extra mile answering questions and making recommendations on future care of the door. I am grateful for the skill and professionalism and would call Precision again!

We had our garage door opener replaced last December. Almost one year to the day the bracket that the door cables attach to sheared off. Derrick arrived early in the morning and quickly identified root cause. He was able to fix the problem in short order and did not charge us for the visit as the parts were under warranty.
