I'M SORRY BUT REMEMBERING NAME IS NOT ONE OF MY BEST TRAITS IN LIFE ! THE GENTLEMEN WHO CAME OUT WAS A TALL BLACK INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS VERY SKILLED IN HIS JOB. HE FIX MY GARAGE DOOR IN RECORD TIME ... ALTHOUGH WE DID GET INTO A SORT OF A DISAGREEMENT ON PRIORITIES. HIS FIRST INSTINCT WAS IN SELLING ME ITEMS (which I probably need) but as I tried to convince him my main concern was to get the garage door working properly so I can get my car out. Every Tuesday and Thursday I have to take my Wife to Physical Therapy because she had just completed KNEE SURGERY. He eventually stopped trying to sell me parts, etc and started working on the Door ! !

Precision (technician Kurt Schneider) was able to provide same-day service, which I appreciated since our garage door was stuck open. (Other places I called couldn't get someone there for several days.) Kurt was great to work with. He isolated the problem, explained the issues clearly, checked to see if anything else needed attention, and gave me several options and what each would cost. He was courteous and answered my questions. He brought a mask with him (for COVID-19). I especially appreciated that once he figured out the problem, he assured me he would be able to get the garage door fixed before leaving. I would do business with this company again, and with Kurt.

I called them on Thursday and they had someone out by Friday! Super fast and responsive! Kurt was our technician and I can’t say enough about him! He did a great job of explaining things, he wasn’t pushy in regards to repair vs replace and he did an amazing job on fixing the horrible installation of the garage door opener that was done by someone else (the tracks were literally falling from the ceiling!) Everything is tight and secure and done properly now! Price for the repairs were within our budget and reasonably priced with other competition out there. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and if they send Kurt, you’ll be in good hands!!!

Just chatted on line last nite and they were here before noon. Now thats saying something in this day and age. New bearings, springs and lubed. All is great. A good company to work with.
