Contacted them for evaluation and they came the next day, on a Saturday!! Wasn't even that urgent, but was much appreciated. HOWEVER, we responded by forwarding the quote to the email provided, twice, w/in days of the visit, Monday and Wed following the Saturday assessment. We responded by email as we were going w/ parts of the quote and wanted and email chain of approvals and conversations. NO REPLY AT ALL. That part is disappointing. I have options to tell you what services were performed/purchased but...... The assessment was fine, the tech friendly and professional and very timely w/ the quotes, but follow up leaves a bit to be desired. If someone at Precision is reading this..we have not gone elsewhere.....yet

A very friendly Joe arrived on time and inspected my garage door opener, only to tell me that it needed to be replaced as it was pretty old (1993) and really not worth trying to repair it (it had stopped working). Within an hour, he had replaced it with a hi-tech (to me) opener and replaced the outside keypad that hadn't been working for years. Now, if needed, I can open the door with my phone! How things have changed since the 28 yrs my old opener was installed :-) Joe was great...very efficient/proficient.

My initial call was promptly responded to with a polite and professional manner. Kurt, the Service Technician, called me about 30 minutes to let me know his estimated arrival time. He was five minutes early, listened attentively to what I was looking for in service, made excellent eye contact, and after an inspection, prepared a very clear choice of estimates. He completed the work in a very timely manner and the garage was as clean after he finished as before he started. Again, he walked me through what was done in a very professional and easy to understand manner. He also showed what needed to be done for maintenance. The entire process was stress free and how nice to have a 32 year old garage mechanism updated within just a few hours. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door need !
