I appreciate the reassurance of professionalism in the initial email back to me when I first made an appointment to have a technician come out to my property. Communication is very important to me, and Pedro took the time to do just that from the initial assessment all the way through to spelling out what options I had. I had a number of choices, each one explained thoroughly. Pedro also answered a couple questions I had about future maintenance, including the best lubricants to use.

We initially chose Precision Garage Door when our main garage door would not open when we returned from work. Precision answered their phone after 5pm and were able to schedule a technician for the next morning. The technician, Pedro, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained our options very clearly. He was able to fix our garage quickly and everything is working great. We'd happily recommend Precision and Pedro!

Poor experience. High pressure sales tactics and fear mongering. Was told I needed to completely replace my door else I face imminent collapse and risk the safety of my cars and children. Called up another company and was told I just needed to replace a part and the rest of the system, while old, had plenty of more life. Cost me $175 instead of several thousand $. Wouldn't work with Precision.

Better than expected. I always dread having somebody come out and give me a quote for services (replacement work or purchase/install new door). These guys were very professional, considerate and I never felt pressured at all. Granted I did do my homework ahead of time. I have a very old door (22+ years) which was rusting out on the bottom panel. The rusted section could not be replaced since they were no longer manufactured ("6 panels" across). The newer components and the warranties for each new option were explained. Pricing was very competitive.
