An eleven year old Chamberlain/LiftMaster 1/2 hp garage door opener had the top exterior chain cog shear and break off during a routine inspection and needed repair. The garage door technician, Jesse, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and returned the opener to full operation. Much obliged, as this involved the sale of the property. I noticed on the web site that Precision had knowledge and repair experience for garage door openers. This was a good call.
