Don communicated when he would arrive, which I appreciated. He asked questions on what brought him to our home. He shared his thoughts on what the issue was. He looked everything over and completed the work needed. He was courteous and respectful. When I have any other issues or need a new door or opener I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service.

After another company failed to respond to our multiple phone and email messages, we gave PRECISION a try...and were VERY PLEASED! They setup a repair date for us on the 1st call for the very next morning(!) and advised us of when to expect arrival within a 2-hour time block. Ryan was an excellent, highly experienced technician and immediately saw the problem--a broken spring. Within 45-minutes or so he had it completely repaired with all new parts from his van. After inspecting the other door features he did a tune-up (tightening and lubricating) until the door purred like a kitten upon opening and closing. I asked him for a door sticker...Next Time I'll call Precision first!

Well, this is a rare find in ANY business. An honest, helpful salesperson. Don, the owner, drove 1 hour to my house to offer a solution and an estimate for my door situation. He looked at my needs and he left me with a couple of solutions, but not an estimate. He said, you don’t need one of my garage doors; you should go another route. He could have measured my opening and written up an estimate for a door that would have worked. But he didn’t. How refreshing. If, for some reason, what he suggested doesn’t work for me, I will buy a garage door from Precision Garage Door. Thanks again, Don. It was a pleasure to meet you.

A torsion spring broke on our 2-stall garage door. It was easy to schedule an appointment on the Precision Garage Door website. I was very impressed with Travis, the repair tech that worked on our door. He gave a heads-up call before arriving and also sent a text message with his photo. Once the door was looked at, Travis was able to put together an estimate and make the necessary repairs immediately thanks to his well-stocked van. Our garage door was all fixed and functioning again in about an hour! Thanks again to Travis for doing such a neat, quick, and efficient repair on our torsion springs.

The spring on our garage door broke unexpectedly. I looked up a few repair services and saw that precision had same day repairs and was local. I called them and talked to Kathy who was professional and helpful. She put me in touch with Technician, Ryan. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the situation and walked me through several options that solved the problem. Less than 3 hours from the time I made the call to Precision, my garage door was working Great!
