We found the rain coming in was from the unlevel ground under the garage door and the water barrier at the base is all good so we will try to install a threshold on the concrete under the door for now. All is in good working order at this time. Nothing was really needed today. He gave us some prices for replacement parts when needed and gave us a discount for the service call. My Technician's name was Joe I. He was very polite and professional. Before he got started, Joe showed me, on his notepad, all of my options in terms of repairs and upgrades - without any pressure to do more than I was comfortable with. Once we collaborated on the best steps forward, he then outlined what he was planning to do, what outcome I should expect, and the timeframe for completion. Everything went as he stated. He said it would take about two hours, and he finished just under that time. He cleaned up and informed me of the warranty. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision and Joe I. to family and friends.

They installed our garage door 2 years ago, and they were magnificent. The set up was clean, orderly, and efficient. They made sure all the controls were done correctly and the outside keypads too Now... there was an obscure beeping. Joe Igla analyzed all the symptoms... difficult when the doors were still operating corectly. What can I adjust replace? The battery. While the doors operate on line voltage, they still have rechargeable batteries to keep the programming in case of a power outage. Success! Good analysis!

When our garage door wouldn’t open, I looked to see the cause. Once I identified the issue, I quickly found out that this was a job for professionals. I remembered the commercials, and a friend of mine also recommended Precision. They were able to come out the same day (no same day service charge)! The person I talked to when I called in and the technician were great! Gabe (the technician) not only explained the problem, but also talked about causes of the issue and other components of the door. I didn’t feel pressured to get more than what was needed, and Gabe went over options for maximum maintenance and replacement. I’m thankful we went with this company, and I plan on working with them in the future.
