The techinicans were outstanding and did their job when they were finally allowed to do so. I give them a 10* evaluation. On the other hand the people working in the office did a very poor job of communication. They refused to return called 3 times when I talked to them. Today a supervisor was to call me with the price before the techinicans arrived. As usual, this did not happen. I do not appreciate being told untruths, therefore I give the home office a terrible rating of 1. The lowest possible score available.
