I was very pleased with the work that Precision did with my 20 year-old system. They put in a new spring to make it easier for the motor to lift the garage door. Also, they pointed out that when I painted the garage door, some of the paint stuck to the trim and would stick to the door preventing the door from opening smoothly. I am now very comfortable with the old system and feel that it can serve me for a few more years to come.

We had a broken center spring above the garage door. Called Apple and Precision. Precision could come out 4 days earlier. They came out the very next day. Greg and his partner were professional and on time. They knew exactly what to do and were done in less than 30 mins. Price was fair. Couldn't ask for more! Very happy; will use again!

We had a problem with our door staying closed. I called Precision in the morning and they had someone scheduled in the afternoon. Greg came out and took care of it. He was on time, friendly, and accommodating. I will certainly use them in the future!!

I chose Precision based on Angie's list reviews and was pleased with my interactions. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment and the technician, Chris, was on time and explained what needed to be done and why. He explained my options and then quickly set up an appointment to make the necessary repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If the installation of the new door goes as well as Chris' assessment I will recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends and family.
