Max was great! Arrived early, explained everything to me, and did a top notch refit of the existing garage door and installation of a new garage door opener. We now have functioning remotes, an exterior panel and an interior wall mount that allows us quick access to opening or closing our garage door.

Precision had done some work for me before so I called them - The young man, Patrick, came out and the problem was the motor - He return to the office to get equipment and came back and did an excellent job, which cause him to work later than usual - I am very please with his knowledge and work ethic. The only problem was they could not send out someone when I called - had to wait a week - which cause me not to be able to use my garage and park outside

DISHONEST!! I contacted precision door for an estimate on 3 new doors. I paid my $85 service fee, Kevin came out and I was told I would have a quote in a few days. It has been over a month and I have not received anything. I have called numerous times and each time I am given a different answer from “they don’t know” to “they will get right back to me”. I wouldn’t hire them to do any work for me or my company. I also would not pay them their service fee. They will take your money and provide you with zero service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Dishonest companies should be held accountable.

I am giving a five-star rating for my experience /service. I called Saturday morning and was given an appointment for Sunday morning. The techs arrived at the scheduled time. What an outstanding job! I had a "regular" garage door opener and had the folks at Precision raise the height of the garage opener in preparation for a Car Lift to be installed. Also went with a Wall Mounted Opener from LiftMaster to eliminate the overhead opener. I gained almost 2 feet in ceiling height. They came out on a Sunday and gave me a quote. Today, 7/16, they returned and installed it. Gave me a great tutorial, along with all the particular functions, afterwards. I could not be happier with their Service and Attention to Detail. Kudos to the folks at Precision.….keep up the good work!
