My technician did an excellent job fixing the spring on our garage door. He was very professional, called about 30 minutes before the scheduled time and asked if possible to be about 10 minutes early. I was very concerned because we just spent a bunch with your company to fix the cables a couple months ago, and was so pleased to hear that a new spring with about 3x life would be installed at no charge. He was very thorough and did a nice job to our satisfaction. Thank you!

They did a good job. They fixed the problem but like all garage door people I have used in the past they then wanted to sell me more things. They were not pushy in doing that but just expect that will happen. I will use them again.
