Technition was insulting and rude. When i asked for a new door price he quoted me one and i said it was double what i paid for the door he was lubing. He said there is no you did that, so i called another dealer, and yes I was right. New and installed for 876.00 dollars. Your guy said 1800.00 on the same door, buthe was going to put better parts on it. I will never call this company again, and if anyone asks for a referral, i will be honest when i tell them.

It was working fine when Travis came. When he left, the garage door was acting up again. The trick I do now is to press and hold the garage button for 5 seconds so it will close completely. However, this morning it wasn't working. Was in my driveway for 10 Minutes trying to repeat the process until it closed.

Chris the serviceman was on time and very professional. He inspected the door and determined the problem was a frayed cable. He replaced the cabling (still under warranty), leveled the door and performed a "tuneup" and lubrication of all the moving parts. I was very impressed with the service. I called Precision Door around 8 AM and by shortly after 9 there was a serviceman at my home (this is impressive since I live over 20 miles from Salt Lake City where the office is.) Chris (the service technician) was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the care and maintenance of my door. They did a good job. They fixed the problem but like all garage door people I have used in the past they then wanted to sell me more things. They were not pushy in doing that but just expect that will happen. I will use them again.
