The technician, Art Fuentes, called and said he was wrapping up an appointment and could get to me sooner than what we had planned, which worked out great. When he arrived, Art was courteous, clear, and very informative. He walk me through the process and the basic operations. Marcus, our tech, was early on his routes and reached out to us to make sure it was ok to come by earlier than scheduled. He was very descriptive in his explanation of our issues and had multiple suggestions for how to remedy the problem. He did adjust our door to get us back to functioning (the issue is two bowed panels) and walked us through some possible next steps. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The sales rep came to inspect my garage door for a problem I called; the door was making a loud clanging noise. After he completed his inspection he told me he would follow up with an estimate. I never heard from him again.

Installer did a great job hooking up the new opener. Wish he would have lubed the rollers but I guess that’s not part of the service. I should’ve done more research on the product before buying over the phone but it is better than what we had before.
