I chose Precision because of TV saturation. Both installers were on time, professional, respectful, and did a good clean job in May 2024. The cost was too expensive, and the door is very noisy going up and down. The door so far seems dependable and well-constructed. My previous door lasted 14 years. I hope that this door lasts a bit longer.

Great Job. Our garage door spring broke. Called Precision, they scheduled same day service, in fact arrived early! Aaron and BJ did a great job. They were polite and professional. They explained what needed to be repaired/replaced. They even checked to see if our garage door was under warranty. It was! Saved us a bunch of money. This is second time I have use precision garage doors. This time for a repair of garage door that blew a spring ( original From the 70s) they were on time, I received a call in advance, gave different options on the repair, he had everything he needed with him. Even tho he was working with older doors. It seemed to go without an issue. I would use them again!

Very disappointed. Paid $170 for them to oil rollers. Original call was for them to reprogram the keypad and it couldn’t get done because they don’t work on that specific brand. Never using them or referring anyone!

Our technician was indeed unable to make the requested repairs to your existing opener as it is a brand we do not carry. Aaron did however, provide you with options for the services he could complete that day. The tune-up special was the option you chose to go forward with totaling $159.95 instead of the standard service call charge of $69.95. All the services we offer are pre-approved by the customer and there is no pressure to have them completed if we are unable to agreeably solve the original problem. We appreciate your taking the time to give us this feedback and we hope you will change your mind about working with us in the future should you be unable to solve the issues with your existing keypads and motor.
