Very disappointed. Paid $170 for them to oil rollers. Original call was for them to reprogram the keypad and it couldn’t get done because they don’t work on that specific brand. Never using them or referring anyone!

Our technician was indeed unable to make the requested repairs to your existing opener as it is a brand we do not carry. Aaron did however, provide you with options for the services he could complete that day. The tune-up special was the option you chose to go forward with totaling $159.95 instead of the standard service call charge of $69.95. All the services we offer are pre-approved by the customer and there is no pressure to have them completed if we are unable to agreeably solve the original problem. Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service. Garage door spring broke late afternoon. My husband remembered the company name from a tv ad and after checking reviews we decided on Precision. I called and we were scheduled for repair the next day. Patrick was early, very professional, but friendly, and fixed it within an hour. Door works smoothly with a lot less noise. Parts and labor are not cheap; but you pay for quality. Would recommend Precision to any neighbor who needs a professional garage door repair.

Ordered door in May—-took over two months to arrive….neighbors ordered same door, got two different doors. HOA now wants my door changed to match their two doors…company is not accepting any of their errors. Interesting phone conversations without admitting fault of company…

Dear Mr Vandewalle, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, although we must express our disappointment in your characterization of our services. When a door is ordered we create the order to match exactly what the invoice states is ordered and signed off on by our customers prior to ordering. This is exactly what happened in this case as well, we placed the order exactly as you specified. First off regarding the delivery of your door. When you ordered your door you were told that production on special order doors takes 4-6 weeks. We also gave you an ETA for your door to arrive and it arrived 6 weeks from the date it was ordered. Regarding the mix-up with your neighbors' orders, we regret any confusion and understand the inconvenience caused by the situation. Your neighbors doors however, were ordered two months after yours and they arrived faster as they were not special order doors. They also match each other and were both approved by your HOA in Aug. of 2023. As for your HOA's request to change your door to match your neighbors', we sympathize with your predicament. We are more than willing to work with you to find a satisfactory solution that meets both your needs and your HOA's requirements. However as the fault is not on our end we will not provide this door free of charge. Concerning your perception of our phone conversations, we take your comments seriously. Our team is trained to provide transparent and honest communication which we did, but you were unwilling to acknowledge that you ordered the wrong door. If there were any misunderstandings or lapses in communication they are not on our end, you received and signed the contract approving the door that you ordered.
