This morning Precision Door Service sent a repair technician named Gary Garcia to fix my garage door. He was on time, and was the complete package of a professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, and fixed the door quickly and completely. He had all the necessary parts & tools to make the required repairs. They were prompt but I have no idea of what the real problem was. Given I spent 1,200 on new rollers and springs I was expecting this to last longer than 1 month. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

I chose Precision because of TV saturation. Both installers were on time, professional, respectful, and did a good clean job in May 2024. The cost was too expensive, and the door is very noisy going up and down. The door so far seems dependable and well-constructed. My previous door lasted 14 years. I hope that this door lasts a bit longer.

Great Job. Our garage door spring broke. Called Precision, they scheduled same day service, in fact arrived early! Aaron and BJ did a great job. They were polite and professional. They explained what needed to be repaired/replaced. They even checked to see if our garage door was under warranty. It was! Saved us a bunch of money. This is second time I have use precision garage doors. This time for a repair of garage door that blew a spring ( original From the 70s) they were on time, I received a call in advance, gave different options on the repair, he had everything he needed with him. Even tho he was working with older doors. It seemed to go without an issue. I would use them again!
