Even tough I was initially pleased with the work I realize that I have spent over $1900 in the last three months with precision with $1530 of that being spent yesterday on a new opener, springs etc. this morning while leaving for work the new opener shut the door on our suv resulting in paint damage and a bent up panel on the door. So now I have a damaged car, a damaged door and an opener that doesn’t work. Appointment this afternoon which I expect to be disappointing.

This morning Precision Door Service sent a repair technician named Gary Garcia to fix my garage door. He was on time, and was the complete package of a professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, and fixed the door quickly and completely. He had all the necessary parts & tools to make the required repairs. Spring on garage door broke. Servicemen arrived within 3 hours and finished repairs in an hour. The servicemen were courteous, knowledgeable and neat. We have used Precision twice, the other time for a broken motor. Very satisfied with their work

They were prompt but I have no idea of what the real problem was. Given I spent 1,200 on new rollers and springs I was expecting this to last longer than 1 month. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.
