Very pleased with the service. Monty was able to come earlier than the scheduled time (he let us know in advance) and was able to install the new garage door springs in a minimum of time. Very friendly and very professional. Provided some additional insight into ensuring the door and spring would continue functioning for a long time. Outstanding.

Definitely 5 star rating. The technician, Dan Kuhn, was very polite and good natured. I was very impressed with Precision. They didn't just try to sell me a new garage door opener without thoroughly checking mine out first, which was 20 years old. I required a new one. It took about 1 hour to remove and replace. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Excellent, timely and professional service. Garage door spring broke Saturday night so called 9:00 AM Sunday, thinking I would be scheduled for service on Monday. Precision had a technician at my house by 10:00 AM that day. He gave me different options and advice. I ended up upgrading system for same cost of a repair. Door was never properly working so technician fixed that as well. Extremely satisfied.
