Courteous and professional => Most definitely, your crew was awesome, friendly and courteous. We had fun Jay and Chris special message for you. Ghost busters have been called. LOL Helpful => Yes, enough said. BBB => Did not check with BBB. It was one of those deals that had to be taken care of right away. Precision => installed brand new doors and garage door opener kit. Recommendations => I am very happy and pleased with the professionalism of your company and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much. David Bell was outstanding! He explained everything in detail and even went as far as to repair-shut our garage door for safety until we get the actual color-coded garage door that needs installed (...long story short). He also gave us some discounts, woot woot! He’s so warm it felt like we’ve been friends for a long time. He’s the guy that every customer needs for a first impression!!! My garage door decided to go on the fritz yesterday afternoon. I was sure that no garage door service would be operating over the weekend, but I found Precision online and gave them a call late Saturday afternoon. An appointment was scheduled for the first thing this morning (Sunday). The technician, Bryan, was very professional. The problem was assessed and repaired quickly. Now the door is operational again. Also, before I could not raise the garage door manually during power outages, but I didn't know that had to do with poor springs. Now that the springs are replaced, I can do that as an additional bonus. I guess the garage door breaking was a blessing in disguise.
