I normally do not recommend services companies, but Dave Sinner, Services Technician, with Precision Doors performance I rated as outstanding. Today, Dave installed a new garage door opener at my home. Dave completed the task within a few hours, explained the warranty, and how the unit worked. I would high recommend Precision Doors and make sure you request Dave Sinner.

The service I was requesting was on the motion detector part of the garage door opener. They didn't tell me until after the tech stopped by that my opener didn't have a motion detector which they would have known because apparently there is only one brand that has that feature and I told them on the phone what I needed. Thus I paid the full service charge for the tech to look at it and say he can't fix it. He was very polite, however.
