Bryan Medina was not only on time, but ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate the professional manner in which he conducted his inspection of the problem and resolved the issue. The issue was the manual pull and not the motor. He demonstrated how I should see the placement of the manual pull. For future preventative purposes and to avoid issues that would impede either opening or closing the garage door, he recommended replacing the 2 springs & to have the sheetrock that is bowing replaced.

I recently had the spring break on one of my garage doors. I made my appt online- on a Sunday no else! I received my text that my tech was 30 minutes away. Yes Marlon came on time and was so pleasant! He checked out my issue and gave me several options to proceed. Great communication in all areas - initial call; appointment confirmation; the door works perfectly and very quiet as in silent; notified tech was on his way; tech confirmed with a text; get the idea - excellent in all areas!!! Shane was very patient and very thorough in explaining the operation and equipment installed (basically a rebuild of a 30 year old garage door opening system that had not been serviced in a VERY LONG TIME) and a very fast worker. Based on my experience I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

I chose Precision by mistake. The technician needs serious retraining in dealing with customers. He was very uncouth and could not hide his mission of trying to wrack up as much repair as possible that he did not bother to learn why he was called. He quoted me $69.00 as service call and when I wanted to pay I found out that the surreptitiously added $2.00 to the charge, how mean and unbecoming.
