GIVEN ONE PRICE WHEN CALLED FOR ESTIMATE BUT WHEN SERVCIE AS DONE TOOK EVERY BIT OF 5 MINUTES TO DO TH GUY WANTED TO CHARGE ME OVER 400.00 TO JUST PUT A SPRING OVER THE GARAGE DOOR. I HAD LOOKED UP THE PTICE OF THE SPING AND BRACKETS ON LINE WHICH WAS 35.00 FOR THE SET. AND HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME 400.00

Precision is a lifesaver. Out of the blue, our garage door just fell off its track. I don't know what happened. The door was partly hanging, and a big bolt-like piece of metal was laying on the ground. It was stuck halfway down. It was around 2:00 pm. We couldn't get the car out of the garage. We called Precision and they were at our house by 6:00 pm. Joe immediately put me at ease and had it fixed in about half an hour. I am so relieved. Precision is reliable, quick, efficient, and very responsive. I highly recommend them.

I did work with precision for multiple jobs but this service they charged $500 just for one hour labor charge which is not acceptible. there is not even parts involved in this transaction. it will be nice if someone from management calls me regarding this concern on the charge. Thanks Sankar
