James was here in less than two hours after my call. He is a great gentleman and technician and a dedicated professional to his work. I did purchase a new door sensor (not on the options list for purchased products), which I thought was a bit too expensive at $96.00, but when I saw the work that took James to install it, it was worth it.

The lady I spoke with originally said between 2-4 I agreed with that. Then about noon I get a call from James the repairman saying that he could be here in a few minutes if that was ok. agreed and sure enough he was here in just a few minutes. James was very professional yet friendly and sociable at the same time. He checked out my garage door and told me what needed to be done and gave me a price on the repair. I agreed with his price and he started to work. He was done right around 2:00 the original time. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and work. I think my garage door is quieter now than it has been in years. If needed I would use this company and James again. I was VERY SATISFIED.

Super fast response to my request for service. About 2.5 hours from when I first called to when Paul arrived at my door. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. He inspected everything and found the issue. He explained everything in detail and gave me 3 options. No pressure. The work was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will be using Precision from here on. Only thing I need now is a magnetic business card for my frig so their number is always handy.

Veteran, that came out to look at garage door was very friendly and knew his craft. He gave an accurate assessment of the condition of the old garage door. Worked on a plan of action. He took his time and did not rush to a conclusion. He then presented a plan to my wife and I. He did not pressure us into making a decision right away. He was prompt on each visit. He called ahead of time of arrival to let us know he was coming to the house. He presented 3 plans to us and explained in detail what each plan of action would take to get the job done. We believed the prices were in line with Waco economics. We chose a plan and he told us how long it would take and when he could come out to install the garage door opener. He was prompt for the appointment and completed the job in the time he said it would take. Life time warranty. my wife and I feel that we received a honest and very trust worthy appraisal and consider this hard working veteran as a friend.

Installer was considerate and professional. He did explain everything he was doing as he replaced the springs and rollers and also explained what maintenance to do down the road on my part. Was pretty expensive for a spring and roller replacement. I was in a pinch with the door not operational and a need to get it fixed in a hurry. Your company was very helpful in getting someone here on the same day and actually showed up earlier than scheduled.
