PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF TRI CITIES

When I realized I would need my garage door springs professionally repaired, a quick search on a Friday evening at around 9 PM led me to Precision’s website. I didn’t expect to be able to have someone come out until next week. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that I could have it fixed on Saturday morning. The technician called when he was on his way and was very friendly. I talked to him and watched him perform the service just because I was interested in seeing the repair performed. He also gave me some tips on maintenance for my garage door and opener. He was quite efficient and had the job done in under an hour, which seemed quicker than I expected. Overall, excellent service and great customer experience. I would not hesitate to call Precision again if I need further garage door service.

Good job! This is a blended review of both a service appointment on 2/24 and new garage door openers (2) install on 2/26. Arrived in the middle of the promised timeframe for both appointments and gave honest assessment of garage door condition (good) for both doors, along with repairing a spot on one garage door and servicing both on 2/24. I opted to get two (2) new openers installed, and the same service technician returned on 2/26 to make the installation. Did a great job on installation and both doors now work perfectly (and much quieter due to the new, belt-driven openers!). Cleaned up as he went, and I'm very pleased with the results. This is the second time I've used Precision Garage Door repair, and I've been well pleased both times. They do great work; I would recommend without equivocation.

Their associates are universally knowledgeable and go above and beyond (I needed a cable repaired and they lubricated my whole system while they were at it.) From start to finish, my experience with Precision Garage Door was exceptional! Sunday night I drove into my garage and closed the garage door. It came down with a crash. I couldn’t open it manually. Car was trapped. I did some research online and through prayer, I selected Precision Door. I called the next morning around 10:00. The customer service was excellent and I was surprised and relieved to hear that someone could come out immediately. Thomas called me and met me at my house around 12:00. Torsion spring had broke. He had both springs replaced in about an hour!! He was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He did more than expected. He lubricated and tighten all the hinges. Educated me on garage doors. Lubricated the side door which had a tight fit and then blew the leaves out of the garage and blew off my driveway!! I have already referred them to someone.

I purchased a new garage door and it was installed on 22 November 2019. On 31 December the door malfunctioned and would not close. My water pipes were exposed to the cold, so I could not wait for the repairs. I called Precision garage door and was told they could could not approve warranty work, they would send someone out, but I would have to pay a service call that would be reimbursed when the office opened. Even though I have a warranty for parts and labor I was told that because they came out on New Years eve that I would still have to pay $200.00 for the service charge. This is very poor customer service. I will never use your company again, and will recommend the same to all of my friends and associates. Would have rated no stars if the option was available
