Outstanding response and service from the Precision team. Todd, my technician, provided great work in getting both of my garage door openers replaced after a lightning strike took out my old openers. Extremely responsive; Precision worked my repairs into their already busy Monday schedule to get me and my family taken care of. Highly recommend calling Precision for all of your Garage Door needs!

When I went on the internet Precision Overhead Garage Door was highly rated by previous customers in this area. I needed a garage door repair in very cold weather and needed it quickly. My repair person, Shane Follis, could not have been any more polite and knowledgeable. He presented me with 3 options and I chose which one I wanted to have done. He then quickly got the work completed having all the parts needed in his truck. I could not be more satisfied.

Precision is incredibly expensive, but that said, we were very happy with our tech Shane. He explained everything, answered all our questions and was quite friendly. We thought it was Precision who had done our last garage door repair eight years ago, but turns out it wasn't. We used another company who offered us a lifetime warranty, only to find out the company was no longer in business. Shane made a point to explain that Precision was a national company so the likelyhood of the company closing was highly improbable. Oh, and the repair/improvement job Shane did was great, and the lifetime warranty eased our fears of another expensive garage door repair.

Brandon arrived right on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem ( sadly, there were many because the garage door is old). I was very pleased with his knowledge and his professionalism. He gave me three options to consider regarding the springs, drums, cables, rollers, and bearings without pushing me. He was thorough in his work and very helpful in addressing an additional problem from faulty wiring. The latter he did without charging any more. Then before leaving, he reviewed all of his work and discovered a roller had a problem so he took his tools out and replaced a recently installed roller. Very grateful for his work and his time. I will use them again. I would give Precision a 5 Star rating for this service call.
