Technician Victor was the consummate professional!!! He was punctual and polite. Victor explained my options and performed the repair work as if it were his own house. He even corrected an installation problem that was from when the house was built 14 years ago. This type of experience is why I have used Precision garage doors in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks for a job well done!

I was very amazed at how quick a bad situation got better, when at 6:30 am my wife's car was trapped inside the garage. I called the number I had on a coupon I had saved just incase. After talking to a very nice lady on the phone the appointment was set at 8:00am. Thomas the technician showed up on time and repaired the door. He was professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. My garage door has never worked better. I would recommend Thomas to any of my friends that need any type of service or repair.

What great service. I had my garage door opener repaired on a Saturday at no extra charge for the weekend. The service tech (Mike) arrived exactly when he said he would and diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. Then he serviced both doors. On top of that he was a great guy. I'll call Precision next time for sure.
