I called Precision due to a broken tension spring and within two hours a technician was on site and replacing the damaged spring. The technician replaced the tension spring, explained exactly what repair needed to be done and finished the job in less than an hour. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repair.

Todd Noel was fantastic! A professional, well spoken lady answered my initial call and set up the appointment for just a couple of hours later. Great, prompt service. I was shocked when I called before 8 a.m. on a Sunday and the garage door was fixed by noon! No worries on getting the car out of the garage for work on Monday or for getting it out on Sunday for errands either! Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend this company and of course, Todd.

Your repair man was right on time. After examing the door, he pointed out the problems and solutions. I especially liked having more than one choice of repair solutions (90 day vs life time garantee). When the work was completed, he reviewed each item with me. He made suggestions for future maintenace. I would recommend Precesion Door to anyone.

Tech came to my house and told me my garage was un fixable, and would have to be completely replaced. Wrote me a $1350 estimate for a plain aluminum door plus tax. I on the other hand was quite skeptical and didn't trust that this man was being honest. But maybe he didn't have the experience and was told to rip people off by his company. So I called Music City Garage doors and they came out, looked at my issue and told me he had seen this many times before and it would be an issue. They replaced only what needed to be replaced and and pretty much gave me a brand new garage door for less than half the cost of Precision. And did I mention they came out and finished the job the very next day, compared to Precision who told me it would be anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks before he could get started. I've read some other reviews on this site and I've noticed that this company makes people get whole new systems all the time, because it was un fixable. Boo on this company. Boo.

Our Technicians are required to perform a 25-Point Safety Inspection, and we only recommend replacing the door if it is damaged beyond repair. Since the sections of your garage door were being held together with duct tape, the springs purchased online and installed were the wrong size, we had no other choice but to leave you with a free estimate to replace the garage door.

Explanation 10+, Neatness 10+, Work Ethics 10+, Completed Work Explanation 10+, (in addition he pointed out to me we needed 2 springs to properly ensure door safety) Personality 10+, LP is certainly an asset to your organization. Please put a little extra in his pay envelope if you can, he deserves it working in these hot garages. I could not recomend Precision with any higher regards. The tech was there when he was supposed to be, early actually. It was as hot a day as there has been this year and he was moving as fast as if it were cool and 60 outside. Great personality, didn't mind answering the questions I had. Didn't try to pressure sale anything, just recomended what could be done. As long as I am in the area I will use Precision for anything I may need.
