Both of my garage doors would not close without holding the garage button down until it closed all the way. I knew there was a wire broken on the sensor of one door We could deal with this, because it was the door we opened only occasionally. Then the main door started doing the same thing. I couldn't find a broken wire. So, yesterday, I finally called the company I had dealt with before at my former house. They could not give me an appointment for nearly two weeks. So I checked the internet and found Precision. After reading the reviews, I called and was given an appointment for today between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Precision sent me an appointment confirmation with the name and picture of the repairman. Today, at 9:00, "Jerry" called and said he was 35 minutes away. "Jerry" and a trainee, "Jack" arrived within 30 minutes. They introduced themselves and quickly started their assessment of the doors. They found the problems and suggested the door that we use the most be overhauled since it was really showing wear. So we had them do the overhaul while they were here and within an hour and a half they were done and I had been emailed an invoice and receipt for payment. I'd rate the whole experience as very professional.
