I got your company name from a friend who had a great experience with you. Jared was my technician for a garage door tune up and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He described my problem with my cheap garage door and fully explained my options for a new double garage door. Ordering process was quick and easy and scheduling installation was at my convenience. Less than 7 weeks later I had my new door with lifetime warranty installed by Shane Follis. The process was quick and he answered all my questions. I love my new garage door. I would recommend Precision to anyone and I have already referred family members.

No they did not meet my expectations and no my problem was not fixed because my door was old was told they were not allowed to touch it because it was a single door it was only a spring that had came off and the spring was still there on the door but was off at one end.Did quote me a 1900 price for a new door.

Very pleased with the service. Springs broke this afternoon. Called and they had someone out within a couple hours. Earlier than expected. The service technician, Brandon was very professional and did a great job. Price was a little more than I expected after being quoted a ballpark price over the phone, but Brandon helped me out a little and for the quality of service I would pay it again. In and out in under an hour. I will use them again if I need them.
