Exceptional service from our Tech - Preston Wadell. We thought the cables broke but it turned out to be the spring. It apparently broke in half. We also found out the door only had 1 spring when it should have had 2. Preston fixed everything and replaced one spring and added another. The door is so quiet now. Thank you Preston and Precision Door. Simply wonderful.
