Precision Door came on the same day I called and installed new garage door openers and replaced worn hardware on my existing doors. Thomas our technician was very professional and worked in extreme summer heat to get the job done. He even took the time to program the transmitters in our vehicles to operate the new openers. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. The new openers are very quiet, the doors operate perfectly, and we are very happy with the results!

The spring broke on our Garage Door. We called Precision Door and they were able to replace our broken spring the next morning. Our double door only had one spring and the service technician recommended for a double door we needed 2 springs. He was able to install 2 new springs, 2 support pieces that were bent and new cables. Our door is like new. Thank you Precision Door.

My garage door had buckled when it accidentally came down on my car. I called another garage door company to come out and they were a no show calling at the end of the day to say they were not coming. Thomas came out to check our garage door, something I knew wasn't quite right about it, to loud and slow, he was very precise in checking the door, he found it had not been installed correctly, the tracks were not lined up properly and as a result the year and a half door had the ware of a much older door, he fixed the problem and did a great job, thanks Thomas

Could not have asked for any better service. James came the next morning as garage door pulley cord broke and only opened half way. He didn’t try to sell me a door but inspected the door and asked how long has it been in house. After I told him 50 years since 1972– we both laughed and decided it’s time! Jon and Nathan came to install new door. From the time we introduced each other, I was very pleased they came to help me. They had it done in no time and I enjoyed talking and laughing with them. I have only gotten a quote so far Precision Garage Door, but I can already tell they are the business I want to go with. Tommy stopped by my house earlier this week and helped through the process of quoting my replacement doors, which needed a creative solution to a 3” difference between one side of the garage door to the other.
