I was shocked to see how much precision is charging for a genie 2128 (800 dollars), garage door opener which is way overpriced. More than double or more what it’s worth. Thanks to research and the rollers, $30 each, you all charged and I needed 10. That’s $300, Way overpriced again. Where you can get the same quality and make for a box of 10 for $30. That’s 800+300 = 1100+ instead of 3 to 400 + 30 = 430 at the most. Very disappointed and sad about the way the business world takes advantage of consumers when the economy is so bad. I can see a 25% markup but an 80% or more markup is taking advantage of people.

The only way I can answer this question is I was told by your representative that I needed a complete overhaul. He said the person that installed it from Overhead Door totally installed it wrong. I trust his advice. I ended up telling him to just put a new motor in too because he said it was losing metal and the spring was not working good. I spent over 2000.00 on a door that was only a year and a half old. I looked back to see when it was installed. Derick did a great job and the door is working better. His customer service was great and I’m thankful you guys were on call to help me over the weekend. Overheard door was no help at all. I give Derrick a great rating. The only complaint I have is I don’t like the big garage door opener. I only have 1 garage door and have a big 3 garage door opener. I purchased way more than the options below. Thank you for being there for me. Derick was great.

Would highly recommend Precision. Our garage door went out on a Saturday evening to the point it would not open (with both cars stuck in site). Amazing service! We called for service around 3:00 and our Service Tech, Tyler was here by 4:00. He performed a thorough inspection, informed us of what he found, how much it would cost and how long it would take. He actually finished the repair ahead of schedule and had us test our new remotes and the door multiple times before he left. Tyler was very courteous throughout this whole process. Very impressive! I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door service. With regard to products purchased below, it allowed for only one selection. Multiple products were purchased in addition to the springs for this particular repair.

He not only addressed the immediate problem of a broken spring, he pointed out some flaws from the initial door installation performed by another company. When the job was completed, we had two new springs and replacement bearings/rollers. Spring broke yesterday evening and as most people do I imagine, we depend heavily on our garage door functioning properly. Made a quick call to Precision and Tyler came out this morning. The young man rite off the rip was very polite/respectful and eager to get us back to our normal routine. He was very patient with my 2 year old running around and kindly interacted with her. Precision is so efficient! I had an appointment at 1:00-3:00 and called to say I was home early and they could come anytime. They came within the hour of the call. They are great to work with.
