The reviews were correct! We had a spring break on our garage door and being a handyman around the house, it was hard to call for help. These folks were professional at every step of the process! From the phone call the day before the 4th of July to the appointment confirmation, to the hour it took to rebuild my old door mechanisms completely. The old adage of good, fast, cheap (pick only two) was right, but I would much rather have the right parts installed safely by someone with experience quickly than try to get it done cheaper without a warranty and have to rebuild again in a few years. Mike Hall was a very skilled young man, and I highly recommend his work to anyone in the area!

The Estimator that came out was very honest and up front. Informing me that I would need to have someone else look at it. The reason being that it needed some more bracing and they didn’t do any fabrication. He gave me the name of a few other companies but was not for sure if they would travel this far out. I appreciate the honesty of the gentleman, and I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Company to others. Mike Hembree
