The main spring broke on our double garage door and we couldn’t open it even manually. Our car was held captive! Precision came within two hours of my call and fixed it! Great job, very professional. Very efficient. They keep basic supplies in their truck so no need for two trips.

I am totally pleased with the service I received from Precision Door Service. I called for an appointment and was happily surprised that someone could come the very next day. Derek arrived and explained what was needed to correct my problem with a garage door opener that was not working. Derek was very courteous and professional and got the job done in an amazingly short time. I would give him and the company more than 5 stars if I could! I have used Precision multiple times and will continue to do so should the need arise. And, yes I do highly recommend this company.

I am totally impressed with Precision. My garage door jumped the track on a Sunday!!! I called a few places only to get a recorded message. A real person answered at Precision and within an hour a technician, Michael, (who was amazing) to say he was on his way...my door was fixed 3 hours later and works perfectly. Thank you, Precision. Technician arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the options available (part replacement or new door opener). We opted for a new opener which was installed and all features fully explained. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use Precision for all my garage door needs.
