My husband and I just bought the house. We were not told of any garage door issues but have since realized that neither of the two removes we were given work. I changed batteries but still didn’t work. Matt from your company came today for a service call. A polite young man…and tried the remotes and his analysis was that there is no communication from the remotes outside to the unit inside. Is there any warranty from the previous owner transferable to us? It is sad that we have to spend unplanned money. Or can we get a discount on a logic board if we have to choose that route? I know Precision has a great reputation and are just asking for help. Thank you.

We had an issue with a roller coming out of the top panel of our door. Precision sent a great guy named Tony to fix the issue. He got here after 6 pm which I'm sure was a long day already. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He took right to task and had us taken care of in 1 hour. Thanks Tony!
