I had an emergency recently on a Friday Afternoon with my Garage Door, having it lock in the Open Position. I called Precision, and they were able to send a technician out to the House within 2-hours. Matt had all of the needed Parts on his Truck and repaired the Garage Door in 1-hour. He was very Knowledgeable and Professional, and explained to me how the Spring had broken from normal wear and tear. The Pricing was very reasonable, and Matt also explained to me how to properly maintain the Garage Door with periodic Lubrication.

Explained my problem (Electric Garage Door Opener was shot) and was asked if a service person could come at 4:00 p.m. AJ arrived on time assessed the situation and I agreed with his analysis and request he replace the opener.
