Was very surprised to be able to get a same-day appointment. I was called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and the gentleman who came was professional and thorough. He also took the time to look at the other garage door opener to make sure it was in good shape and gave us a tip about the bulbs in the units and how they could potentially open/close on their own due to the frequency in the bulbs. Good warranty to boot.

I accidentally backed into our garage door. I called them for emergency service to fix it and they responded rapidly. They were able to locate a serviceman in Simpsonville who was close-by and was there within a few hours. It was fixed and I would recommend them!

I had trouble with a 15' high by 15' wide door on a building I recently bought. That's not so bad except it was after 6:00 PM when I had the trouble. They came to help as soon as they could and got the door closed so I could leave the building. They came back promptly the next day and repaired the door. They completely exceeded my expectations and delivered more than I thought possible. I can heartily recommend them for their quick and able work.
