The two men that came were extremely professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. quick service. hate that they charge a $59 fee in addition to repair costs, feels like you’re gouging and stealing from me, especially when your repair pricing is really high. they aren’t able to provide estimates until they’re in your garage and have already charged you a fee. further, they overcharge for parts... charged $225 for a part that cost $30-$40... happy to have my door working, but won’t use this company again or recommend.

The service fee is what we charge to get a certified technician on site and accurately assess the issue with your door and quote you on the exact repair. The springs Adam installed are rated for 38,000 cycles compared to our competitors 10,000 cycle springs, these springs will last you 3.8 times longer. In the long term you will be saving money by replacing your current springs for our high cycle springs, the price of the spring does include the labor to install them. Adam C was great. On time, with 40-minute heads-up as to when he would arrive. He quickly evaluated the situation and suggested that in addition to replacing the broken spring we also replace the hard plastic rollers, since those have a tendency to break when they get older, and if the spring has gone, the rollers may shortly start to follow. Rather than pay for another service call in the near future, we opted to replace the rollers with new nylon/ball-bearing rollers too. After he finished installation of the new parts, he lubricated all the joints on the door. The garage door is now working like new. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this company (and this tech).
